The Start

Acrylic on Board Framed - Limestone This painting was indeed a start in many ways. It was the first painting I completed after a very long break from painting - there were many starts and stops along the way to the present time, whilst I was raising a family and working. It represents the start of a yacht race with all the boats milling around, on a hazy summers day. (this was painted approximately 13 years ago)
