Janine Shaw

Janine is an abstract artist residing on the Northern Beaches. Janine has been painting on and off for many years.  She obtained a Diploma in Creative Visual Arts at the International School of Colour and Design in 2005.

After raising a family Janine now has more time to devote to painting.  Living so close to the beach Janine is exposed to many influences which are reflected in her choice of subjects, which she often paints intuitively.  Her most recent works are young and fresh and reflect the happiness of summer near the beach.  Janine trys to convey movement and energy in her artwork. Painting has been and still is a long and exciting journey of discovery.

Janine has shown her paintings in a number of galleries/venues and plans to have an exhibition of her works shortly.
